Cancellation policy:  a $150 deposit is required to confirm your booking date.  If cancelled this deposit is non-refundable.  Your deposit will be returned upon approved check-out.  Payment in full is due three weeks prior to your stay.  Cancellation three weeks before your stay will result in a one night stay charge.
